Welcome to Saiorse (pronounced Seersha which means ‘Freedom’ in the Irish) home of Life Coaching, Alternative Therapies,  Healing, Prayer and Wholeness, and  Freedom from Addictions,  in the South of England. 

I am a Qualified Nurse, Social Worker, Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. I offer a Holistic approach to Life Coaching, Massage and Healing, dealing with the whole person as opposed to any individual problems one may present. My Professional career has been ‘People Centered and Person Orientated’ listening to and talking with clients from all backgrounds and helping to create positive change in peoples lives.
